CenterWell Pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician 2 to manage new prescriptions and refills, performing a range of moderately complex admin tasks and computations. This patient-facing role includes TB screening as part of the program and aligns with a retail/pharmacy setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida license and has at least two years of technician experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and able to learn new systems.
• Role is patient facing and includes TB screening.

The Pharmacy Technician 2 obtains new prescriptions and prescription refill information. The Pharmacy Technician 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Florida Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. and ability to learn new systems and platforms
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to complete the TB screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail environment
• Nationally Certified with PTCB
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
• Certified to administer Immunizations

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
