Job summary

Ascension Jane Phillips in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support retail operations in a PRN, days schedule. You will prepare medications, re-pack and compound as needed, manage inventory and ensure accurate dispensing.

Role involves triaging calls, coordinating with healthcare teams, and assembling outgoing prescriptions to support timely therapy outcomes. Oklahoma Board credentialing is required within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy tech credential required within 3 months from hire date per OK Board.
• HS diploma or equivalent, with 2 years experience or an Associate/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable experience.
• PRN scheduling flexibility and ability to support retail pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, re-packaging and compounding sterile and non-sterile medications with exact precision.
• Manage inventory, receive shipments and stock automated dispensing systems.
• Triage calls and coordinate with patients, staff and healthcare teams to resolve inquiries.
• Prepare and assemble outgoing prescription orders to ensure timely distribution.
