Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medication dosage forms under pharmacist supervision.
• Serve as initial contact for DME or OTC retail services.
• Gather patient information and enter data into the database.
• Answer incoming phone calls and maintain confidentiality.
• Cross-train to assist other technicians as needed.
