Job summary

Resourceful Talent Group seeks a reliable and confident Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a community-based retail pharmacy in New York. The role emphasizes compliance, patient safety, and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

You will lead staff, manage prescriptions, coordinate with physicians and insurers, and ensure accurate records while supporting a calm, customer-focused pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Active New York State pharmacist license in good standing.
• Willingness to serve as Supervising Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with pharmacy management software (Micro Merchant Systems) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; dependable.
• Recent graduates with licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions with patient safety in mind.
• Manage prescription workflow, inventory, documentation, and regulatory needs.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, insurers, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and support growth and efficiency.
