Participates in determining the short and long-term goals for the department and related policies and procedures. Provides leadership and guidance to the pharmacy staff.Essential Functions:- Provides leadership, guidance and serve as a role model to those professionals under his/her supervision.- Supervises and directs the daily operations of pharmacy services.
