Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Pharmacy leadership role to direct daily operations of pharmacy services at Nantucket Cottage Hospital. You will lead staff, participate in policy development, and support recruitment and training efforts.
The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy, MA Pharmacist License, and 1–5 years of related experience with strong communication and leadership skills. Onsite work at Nantucket Cottage Hospital with regular staff development activities.
