Job summary

Trinity Health Medical Arts in Minot, ND is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Clerk to support daily outpatient pharmacy operations, greet customers, handle transactions, and keep the OTC area organized.

You will work with pharmacists and technicians, entering information into pharmacy systems, restocking, and maintaining confidentiality. This is a part-time, customer-focused role in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service for interaction with customers and staff.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Familiarity with computer systems and pharmacy software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries at the pharmacy counter.
• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate transactions and receipts.
• Restock and organize the OTC area, maintain clean shelves and labeling.
• Enter patient information into pharmacy systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate with pharmacy staff to support efficient operations.
• Assist with general clerical tasks during busy periods.
