You will communicate with patients, arrange deliveries, greet customers, and uphold the Barnes culture of teamwork and empathy while standing 8+ hours daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members.

Responsabilités

• Models and holds others accountable to the Barnes culture and acts as a coach and mentor for others in the organization.
• Assists the pharmacy team in dispensing medications and supplies.
• Communicates with patients regarding the status of their prescriptions.
• Arranges deliveries and supports the delivery driver.
• Answers phones, greets customers, and provides world class customer service.
• Acts as a role model of the Barnes culture and coaches and develops team members.
