BARNES HEALTHCARE SERVICES in Valdosta, GA is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Delivery Associate to support daily delivery and retail pharmacy operations. You will ensure timely medication deliveries, protect patient confidentiality, and collaborate with pharmacy leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Knowledge of pharmacy laws is preferred.

Requirements

Position Summary

Supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by providing daily delivery and administrative services in the organization's retail pharmacy and collaborates with retail pharmacy leadership to provide exceptional patient care while achieving organizational goals and meeting KPIs.

Essential Functions

• Models and holds others accountable to the Barnes culture and acts as a coach and mentor for others in the organization.
• Completes delivery assignments within the shift time assigned, while complying with all traffic regulations and representing Barnes Healthcare Services well in the community.
• Maintains security and control of medications at all times, as well as patient confidentiality.
• Completes all paperwork/reconciliation requirements at the end of each shift.

Minimum qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver's license and a good driving record required.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations surrounding pharmacy practices and patient safety preferred.
