Candidates must hold an approved PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be licensed, and have immunizer certification; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensed in state.
• Certified Immunizer and valid CPR certificate.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Experience in dispensing and patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service.
• Advise customers and provide product information as needed.
• Provide prompt, professional dispensing services and maintain strong customer relations.
• Accurately prepare prescriptions and communicate clearly with patients.
• Follow departmental procedures and safety standards including infection control.
• Administer immunizations and vaccines per regulations.
• Direct pharmacy technicians and cashiers when Pharmacist-in-Charge is absent.
• Update the Pharmacist-in-Charge on department progress.
