Fred Meyer is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in Oregon. The role emphasizes accurate prescription fulfillment, vaccine administration, patient counseling, and strict compliance with laws and policies.

The position requires a PharmD/Pharmacy degree, active state licensure, and excellent communication skills. A strong emphasis on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain proper records, inventory and security of scheduled drugs.
• Monitor stock replenishment, pricing, reports and product recalls.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean, professional pharmacy environment.
