Qualifications

• Required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state in which you are practicing.
• Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university is required.
• 3 years related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional patient service skills.

Responsabilités

Description

NuvemRx Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. Our goal is to make you feel empowered in the role that you play when managing the pharmacy and personnel in conjunction with the pharmacy manager.

This position is for a per-diem pharmacist for the pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Rochester, NY. The hours are Monday-Friday between 9-5pm. As a per-diem pharmacist for our pharmacies located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will receive the benefit of a retail pharmacy type setting with a Monday thru Friday potential schedule. As the per-diem pharmacist, you will be responsible in managing our pharmacy relationship with our health center client. This includes engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff, providing drug related education, and acting as a member of the patient care team.

Requirements

Required Education & Licenses:
