Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.

• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform drug utilization review (DUR) to identify interactions and allergies.
• Provide medication counseling to patients and education to healthcare teams.
• Coordinate with insurers for prior authorizations and provider clarification.
