As our Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care that supports safe, effective medication use and positive patient outcomes. You'll collaborate with providers, patients, and care teams while applying clinical expertise and professional judgment to optimize therapy and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
You will review and verify medication orders, provide patient counseling and drug information, document clinical interventions, and resolve medication-related concerns. You'll also support pharmacy operations by overseeing technician activities, utilizing pharmacy technology systems, and contributing to staff training and education.
