Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve in our Keller, TX pharmacy. The role focuses on accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, and adherence to all regulatory requirements in a fast-paced retail environment.

The pharmacist will maintain professional standards, oversee inventory, ensure compliance with HIPAA and local/state/federal laws, and support the store's safety and customer service objectives while upholding Kroger’s Customer 1st strategy.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing, as required by state law.
• HIPAA and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations with composure.
• Basic math skills for dosage calculations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain a professional image through appearance, conduct and attitude and the pharmacy standards.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies and procedures, and scheduling.
