Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Effective oral/written communication skills
• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language preferred

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with a focus on accuracy
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (including HIPAA)
• Maintain professional image and pharmacy standards
• Maintain stock replenishment and inventory levels
• Secure handling of scheduled drugs and proper record keeping
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy and work area
• Ensure all procedures and signage meet company policy
