Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with an active California pharmacist license and 1+ year of experience for a 12-week contract-to-hire retail pharmacy role in Selma, CA.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with no weekends, offering potential for permanent employment and benefits. Compensation ranges from $61.00 to $72.00 per hour, with healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals possible.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree, CA pharmacist license, and 1+ year of pharmacist experience required.
• Retail pharmacy experience welcomed; willingness to develop new skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor patient medication adherence and identify over-usage patterns.
• Maintain confidential and accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
• Provide detailed patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Deliver patient services such as counseling and monitoring and assist with device education.
