Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Minnesota, providing professional pharma services including verifying orders, dispensing medications, and monitoring therapies to improve patient care and experience.

The role requires licensure in Minnesota, experience in inpatient/outpatient settings, and ability to work day/evening with rotating weekends, with emphasis on independent work and collaboration with pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Central Inpatient: Previous experience in a central inpatient capacity (or comparable role)
• Outpatient: Previous experience in an outpatient/retail capacity
• Medication History: Previous experience in an outpatient/retail or medication history capacity
• Decentralized/Clinical: Residency or ASHP-accredited PGY1/PGY2 or Board Certification

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and dispense medications.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to health care providers.
• Oversee the work of direct support personnel and perform related duties as assigned.
