A Rare Pharmacist Role Where Community, Quality, and Lifestyle Align

We are partnering with a well-established healthcare organization in one of the most breathtaking regions of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest to identify a Retail Pharmacist who is looking for more than a high-volume, transactional role.

This position is confidential; location details will be shared with qualified candidates.

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Practice in a community-focused retail pharmacy with strong ties to a local hospital and care teams

  • Live and work in a region known for natural beauty, outdoor adventure, and work/life balance

  • Competitive compensation with an hourly range of $68.67–$84.27, plus benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate computerized medication profiles and inventory systems

  • Support continuity of care across ambulatory and acute settings

  • Participate in medication safety, error reporting, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships across the care team

What We’re Looking For
