Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Retail Pet Store Associate to provide outstanding customer service and pet care support in a busy neighborhood store. You will help customers select products, operate the POS system, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming storefront.

Responsibilities

• Greet neighbors with a friendly, pawsitively passionate attitude.
• Help a new puppy parent pick the right food or assist regulars with recalls.
• Make thoughtful product recommendations based on each pet’s needs.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and current offers.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep displays organized.
• Lift and stock bags of pet food and supplies.
• Assist pet parents with self-wash stations and explain the process.
• Restock bathing supplies and keep the store clean and welcoming.
• Provide occasional services like walk-in nail trims (training provided).
