Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of basic credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Utilize approved tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment).
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs with respect to the sales and referral process.
• Support opening/closing processes of Financial Center or Bank Mart and ensure compliance.
