What is a Retail Parts Pro?
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive systems, and parts knowledge. It involves identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. The role also demands in-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes. This is a full-time position.
3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability
Must have a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
