Job Description
What is a Retail Parts Pro?
Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge, and part knowledge. This role involves advanced identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers. The ability to source parts from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sources, etc., is essential. In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes is required. This position is full-time.
