Advance Auto Parts in Waynesboro, VA seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and in-store services. You will respond to inquiries, perform battery/wiper services, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, safe store.

A valid driver’s license and ASE-ready credentials are preferred; 3–5 years of parts experience is desirable. This full-time role requires strong problem-solving, POS and parts lookup system proficiency, and reliability across varied

The role has expert knowledge of store systems, advanced automotive system knowledge and part knowledge. This role has the ability for advanced identification, trouble shooting and project assistance for DIY customers. The role has the ability to source from numerous places including special order, FDO, second source, etc. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes.
