Full-time position with responsibilities spanning sales, service, and inventory tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with inventory and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must understand automotive systems and diagnostics to support DIY customers.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use store systems for lookups.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset with inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety and opening/closing tasks.
