Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and project assistance for DIY customers.

It is a full-time position with responsibilities including battery installs, testing, and a range of in-store duties. The candidate should have 3-5 years of auto parts experience, strong sales ability, and ASE certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years automotive parts experience
• Past sales experience fulfilling customer transactions
• ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
