A leading automotive parts retailer in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position requires expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. Responsibilities include providing professional sales support to DIY customers, achieving sales goals, and managing services like battery installations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and excellent communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
