A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support the DIY business by providing expert-level service and parts sourcing. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions and achieving sales goals in a dynamic retail environment. Candidates should have at least 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong communication skills. This full-time position is based in Kansas City.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations.
