Job Description

What is a Retail Parts Pro?

This is a professional sales position supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Responsibilities include advanced identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers, sourcing parts from various channels, and maintaining store inventory. This position is full-time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper installs
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties including task management, safety, and opening/closing

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory processes like truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Provide DIY services including battery and wiper installations

• Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings

Prior Experience

3-5 years in automotive parts and proven sales experience.

Education & Certifications

Must have a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.
