What is a Retail Parts Pro?
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions of the DIY business. Requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Responsible for advanced identification, troubleshooting, project assistance for DIY customers, sourcing from various channels, and maintaining store inventory. Full-time position.
3-5 years in automotive parts; proven sales experience in customer transactions.
Valid driver’s license required. ASE certification preferred but not mandatory.
