Job summary

Ohm Systems is seeking a contract Business Analyst to support Global Partner Stores within the Global Growth organization. This role covers data management, reporting, and partner performance support across Global Partner retail stores, with monthly data accuracy and readiness for decision-making.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and analytics experience, familiarity with Tableau/Sigma, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite Boston environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, retail analytics, commercial reporting, finance support, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with dashboards, reporting tools (Sigma, Tableau), or analytics platforms preferred.
• Experience working with retail, wholesale, partner, e-commerce, or consumer business data preferred.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to flag risks, ask the right questions, and explain findings simply.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate monthly Global Partner store data for analysis.
• Support monthly business reporting, dashboards, and insights.
• Prepare analyses for quarterly partner meetings, including performance trends and opportunities.
• Assist in retail revenue processes and validating partner data used in calculations.
• Assist onboarding of new partners into analytics platforms and reporting processes.
• Identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, or process risks and elevate them appropriately.
• Maintain continuity in business rhythms while key team members are on leave.
