Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a store supervisor in Bethesda, MD to support the ASM and SM with holiday and attendance planning, and to oversee Sales Associates during shifts. You will help maintain stockrooms, ensure proper money handling, and uphold merchandising standards in the shop floor layout.

This role emphasizes leadership, policy adherence, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver a positive customer experience and strong store performance.

Qualifications

  • Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
  • Supervise Sales Associates during the shift and handle issues with support from the ASM and SM
  • Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure product merchandising and loss prevention targets are met
  • Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation according to store guidelines
