  • Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data
  • Assist in effective space management techniques
  • Maintain the Store graphics system, focusing on customer service and sales
  • Ensure fixtures are replenished
  • Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising per LEGO guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values
