Retail Part Time Store Cleaning Associate Now Hiring

Join our team as a Retail Part Time Store Cleaning Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with opportunities to support various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service practices
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain cleanliness standards including operation of floor care equipment
• Ensure organizational and cleanliness standards across all store areas
• Follow health and safety policies, including restocking essential items
• Cross-train in multiple store areas
• Assist with front-end coverage and store recovery activities
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Information

This position is located at 4100 University Avenue, West Des Moines, IA, within our Marshalls store. The starting pay range is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, based on skills and experience.
