Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Support multiple store areas as needed, including backroom and front-end
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Follow all safety, health, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
