Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for driven Part-Time Store Associates for our upcoming Fabletics location at Park Meadows in Lone Tree, CO!

How Do You Fit In?

As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store experience. Using cutting-edge technology, you will enable our Customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you'll help our Customers Live their Passion. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public. You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward.

This position will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embodies our culture and values, providing insight to our Customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engages Customers in meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drives customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicates inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintains store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provides feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strives for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintains personal sales and achieves sales goals.
• Follows safety and security standards, identifying potential issues.
• Unpacks boxes for inventory as required. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
