Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part-Time Store Associate for our Fabletics Retail Store at Baybrook Lifestyle & Power Ctr - Friendswood, TX.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Store Associate, you would be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store experience. Using cutting-edge technology, you will enable our Customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. You will work alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to help our Customers Live their Passion. The right candidate would be a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public. You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors working together to achieve goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to our Customers on how to Live their passion.
  • Actively engage our Customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
  • Drive Customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the Customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the Customer’s purchase journey.
  • Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve the business.
  • Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding Store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Follow all safety and security standards and report potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
  • Ability to interact socially with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, standing for at least two hours, and may include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
