Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

You will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, maintain visual and merchandising standards, support freight and logistics activities, and prioritize customer satisfaction. As an entry-level role, training in technology and print products/services will be provided to ensure effective customer assistance. Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain store and print department appearance per guidelines; keep environment neat and stocked.
• Adhere to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation standards.
• Follow sorting, stocking, and freight processes; keep freight areas organized.
• Manage inventory levels daily.

Print and Tech Expertise

• Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.

Sales Techniques

• Follow company policies, support loss prevention, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to access information are necessary.
