Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success in today's retail landscape. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

In this role, you will actively connect with customers, address their needs by recommending products, services, and solutions, and help maintain a vibrant sales culture. Training in technology and print products/services will prepare you to assist customers effectively, applying sales principles to foster growth.

The role involves inspiring sales brilliance and delivering exceptional service, especially in Print and Technology areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, service, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote solutions, and be aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Maintain store and print department appearance, adhere to signage and merchandising standards, manage freight, and monitor inventory levels.
• Print and Tech Knowledge: Develop product knowledge through training, aim for certifications if required.

Education and Experience
