Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Centric Experience:

• Stay informed about advertisements, promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
• Store Operations Commitment:
• Maintain store and print department appearance according to guidelines.
• Adhere to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation standards.
• Follow sorting, stocking, and freight processes; keep inventory organized.
• Print and Tech Expertise:
• Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.
• Sales Techniques:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, count, write, and complete documentation accurately.
