Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating positive shopping experiences and driving sales.

In this role, you will connect with customers, recommend products, and support a vibrant sales culture. You will also help maintain visual standards, manage freight and logistics, and prioritize customer satisfaction, all while embodying the Office Depot 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Training in technology and print products/services will be provided to equip you with necessary knowledge.

The role focuses on inspiring sales and delivering exceptional service, especially in Print and Technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales and operational excellence.

The position may require periodic background checks.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience:
   • Engage proactively with customers to support a positive experience.
   • Promote solutions and additional products/services based on customer needs.
   • Be aware of current promotions and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations:
   • Maintain store appearance and organization according to standards.
   • Follow signage, labeling, and merchandising guidelines.

Education and Experience
