Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

In this role, you will actively connect with customers, recommend products, and support a customer-centric environment. You will also contribute to visual merchandising, store operations, and support sales in key areas such as Print and Technology. Training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote sales, and be aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize freight and inventory, and follow merchandising standards.
  • Print and Tech Expertise: Develop product knowledge through training and certifications.
  • Sales Techniques: Follow company policies, support loss prevention, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required.

  • Ability to read, count, and write for documentation and inventory processing.
