Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

As a Store Associate, you will actively connect with customers, recommend products and services, and contribute to a vibrant sales culture. You will support store appearance, logistics, and customer satisfaction, aligning with Office Depot's 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Training in technology and print products will equip you to assist customers effectively and apply sales principles to foster growth.

The role is essential in driving store success through sales and service excellence, especially in Print and Technology areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, service, and operational excellence.

The position may require periodic background checks.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience

• Engage proactively with customers to support a positive experience.
• Promote sales through understanding of selling programs and promotions.

Store Operations

• Maintain store and print department appearance according to guidelines.
• Follow signage, merchandising, and stocking standards.
• Manage freight, inventory, and organization.

Print and Tech Knowledge

Education and Experience
