Overview

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success. You'll engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

In this role, you will actively connect with customers, address their needs, recommend products and services, and contribute to a vibrant sales culture. You will support store visual standards, logistics, and prioritize customer satisfaction, all while aligning with Office Depot's 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. Training in technology and print products/services will be provided to ensure effective customer assistance. Your efforts will help grow our business through sales and exceptional service, especially in Print and Technology areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote solutions, and be aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize signage and merchandise, manage freight, and monitor inventory levels.
• Print and Tech Expertise: Develop product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.

Education and Experience
