As a Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending the right products, services, and solutions to enhance their experience. Through enthusiasm and expertise, Sr. Store Associates will help us create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. Additional Responsibilities

As a Sr. Store Associate, you will be expected to understand and complete advanced training in print and technology products/services, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge to assist customers effectively. You will apply sales principles to create satisfying customer interactions, contributing to business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Customer Centric Experience:
   • Support a positive customer experience by proactively engaging with customers.
   • Promote the sale of solutions and additional products/services using the selling program.
   • Stay aware of advertisements, promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
2. Store Operations Commitment:
   • Maintain store and print department appearance according to guidelines.
   • Ensure proper signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
   • Follow sorting, stocking, and freight processes.
   • Organize freight sorting area as per guidelines.
   • Manage inventory levels daily.
3. Print and Tech Expertise:
   • Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training.
   • Complete advanced training in Print and Technology products/services.
   • Pursue certifications as required.
4. Compliance and Support:
   • Adhere to company policies and support loss prevention efforts.
   • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; retail sales experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, G-Mail.
• Ability to utilize computers and POS systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with people.
