Fabletics is currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for our store at Twelve Oaks in Novi, MI!


How Do You Fit In?


As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store customer experience and support in Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will enable our Customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you'll help our Customers Live their Passion. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who is comfortable engaging the public. You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward.


This position will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Embody our culture and values and provide insight to our Customers on how to Live their passion.
  2. Actively engage our Customers in meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
  3. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
  4. Provide training and immediate feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook & other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.)
  5. Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual & team performance goals.
  6. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  7. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance the customer’s purchase journey.
  8. Participate actively in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
  9. Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  10. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  11. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  12. Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  13. Assist in unpacking inventory boxes, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.
Required Skills
  1. Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
  2. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
  3. Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
  4. Ability to work with large teams.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
  7. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  8. Self-motivated, good communicator, and capable of motivating others.
  9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  10. Flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. This role involves constant movement and standing for at least two hours; may include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  12. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
