You will leverage innovative technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and stores. Working with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates, you'll help customers Live their Passion. We seek a self-motivated, energetic individual comfortable engaging with the public, committed to teamwork and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Embark our culture and help customers live their passion.
2. Engage customers with knowledge about our products.
3. Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
4. Train and give feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate staff to meet performance goals.
6. Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
7. Maintain store merchandising standards.
8. Provide feedback for business improvement.
9. Aim for excellence in meeting store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, and Quality.
10. Serve as a resource for product knowledge.

13. Assist with unpacking inventory, handling boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.
