Job summary

Phillips Pet is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Our Pet Distribution accounts in the Columbus area. You will own your route, stock shelves, set up displays, and coordinate with store teams to ensure planograms are followed.

This on-site role requires independent work, reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills. Mileage is reimbursed and a small monthly phone stipend is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising retail experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Smartphone and computer access.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, scan, and stock products using RF technology.
• Keep shelves organized and fully stocked according to planograms.
• Place inventory replenishment orders.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and receiving staff.
• Set up and maintain displays and promotional signage.
• Handle returns and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
• Stay connected via email/voicemail for updates and instructions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Drive safely between retail locations.

We’re growing and looking for experienced merchandisers to service retail accounts in Our Pet Distribution team brings the nation’s top pet brands to store shelves—and we need someone like YOU to help make it happen.

Schedule & Pay

• Primary Store Locations: SW Columbus, OH
• Part-Time: M-F 5-6 hours a day
• No weekends- no evenings
• Pay: $16.50/hour
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.56/mile
• Monthly phone stipend: $25

What You’ll Do
