Store - CHLT-MOORESVILLE, NC

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure they find what they need. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, and complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, including maintaining store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions
2. Ensure a quick and friendly checkout; handle cash accurately
3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Assist with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
7. Complete merchandise recovery, returns, and store maintenance to ensure an in-stock, well-merchandised store
8. Support store in-stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives
10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure legal and operational compliance
11. Interact respectfully with others, maintain a positive attitude, and serve as a role model
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production

Experience Required

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes, using ladders or similar equipment for high shelves
• Some outdoor work and work hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
