Retail Part Time Customer Experience Manager

Location: Store - CHLT-MOORESVILLE, NC

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
2. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
3. Provide friendly customer service and assist with store operations including SOP adherence, inventory, safety, and cash handling.
4. Lead and train the customer experience team, participate in performance management, and serve as Manager on Duty.
5. Support in-store events, manage shrink and safety programs, and assist with custom framing services where applicable.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform store-related physical activities.

Work Environment: Climate-controlled retail store setting, including some outdoor work and work hours that include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
